my own repair has risk to myself and my device; damage caused by my repair may not be covered by the device's
warranty.
I, servicer, have reviewed the Repair Guide and supporting information. I acknowledge and agree to communicate
this information to the Customer whose device I am repairing and to inform them that the repair is being
conducted by a repairer not authorized by, or otherwise affiliated with, Samsung.
I understand that Encompass/SamsungParts.com will provide Samsung with my email and Samsung genuine parts
purchase history to provide integrated customer care support.
Self-repairs using authorized parts and tools do not affect your warranty; installing unauthorized software may
void the warranty.
