Locate the model code of your product based on the instructions below
For easier access, the model code and the serial number of the TV are located on the right side. For older models, you will find the model code and serial number on the back.
For newer Smart TVs, you can get the model code and the serial number by going to Settings -> Support -> About This TV, or Menu -> Support -> Contact Samsung.
The model code and the serial number can be found behind the stand on the back panel.
The model code and the serial number are printed on a sticker on the back or the bottom of a soundbar. The model code usually starts with HW (example: HW-S60A) for Samsung soundbars.
Your TV or projector has all its important details in one spot. To find the page, navigate to Settings (All Settings) -> Support -> About This TV (About This Projector or Contact Samsung) to open the page, which is categorized by contact info, product info, and Smart Hub info.
