General Warranty Policy
SAMSUNGPARTS.COM hereby disclaims all other warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. When you buy from SAMSUNGPARTS.COM, you can rest assured your products have been designed, tested, and guaranteed to be compatible with your device.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and your feedback helps us improve our products and services. Although we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction, unforeseen problems may occur from time to time. If your part is received as defective merchandise, please contact a SAMSUNGPARTS.COM customer service specialist within 30 days from the invoice date for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling charges, and any duties or surcharges. (Memory, Software, Owners Manuals/Service Manuals and special order items are non-returnable for credit and are subject to restrictions noted below).
You may return new, unopened items sold by Samsungparts.com for a refund or exchange. We warrant all parts and accessories for 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, the part may carry a warranty from the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly for parts found to be defective after the expiration of the Samsungparts.com Warranty.
All returns must be made in original condition, include all related materials, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is a result of our error. Non refundable items are shipping and handling charges, and any duties or surcharges.
Authorized Returns:
Call us at 1-973-276-9077 to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days from the shipping date.
Although a Return Authorization may be issued, an Exchange or Credit will be given only upon inspection of the returned item and the determination that returned part is the original part sent to the customer and is in a re-sellable condition.
Unauthorized Returns:
Items returned without RMA # or refused shipments are considered unauthorized returns and will be refused at our warehouse. No refunds will be made for returns without RMA # and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to the sender.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING FEE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS ARE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES, AND ANY DUTIES OR SURCHARGES.
SHIPPING: In stock items that were processed by 2:00 PM (EST) from Monday to Friday should ship within 1 business day of order placement and they can be shipped by the requested method of delivery. Please note that our shipping options are offered for weekday delivery only, and extra charges apply for Saturday delivery. For more details please refer to Shipping Information.
PRICING: Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our website may be mispriced. Should a pricing error occur, we reserve the right to change the price at any time. All prices are subject to change without prior notification and we are not responsible for misprints or out of stock items.
CANCELLATION: Once an order is accepted, there is NO GUARANTEE that the order may be cancelled. Any order that is not able to be cancelled must be accepted upon delivery and authorized for return following the policy listed below.
INTERNATIONAL: All duties and taxes associated with international shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For more details please refer to Shipping Information.
STYLES: Actual styles of some products may vary from the pictorial representation found in the web site.
REFUNDS: Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase and credit will appear on the customer’s statement within TWO billing cycles from the date package arrived at our warehouse. If a check was used, a refund may take up to 45 days.
CROSS SHIPMENTS: Cross shipments must be secured by credit card for customers without net terms accounts. A charge will appear on the credit card until the returned product is received in the SAMSUNGPARTS.COM warehouse. Refunds will be credited within 30 days after the return is received.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including any charges incurred for COD orders, Saturday delivery or shipments that are refused. Shipping and Handling rates are subject to change without prior notice. Oversize items and some destinations may be subject to additional charges.
PROCESS FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE:
1. Call us at 1-973-276-9077 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A RMA number can be generated within 30 days from the shipping date and all returns must be returned to our warehouse within 15 days from RMA issue date. Please note that you can obtain RMA # by calling us only.
2. The returns received after 15 days from RMA issue date will be returned to the customer and freight will be billed to the customer's credit card.
3. RETURN PACKAGING - Repack the product in its original packaging, along with all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box.
*** The returned package must be clearly labeled with the RMA number on the outside of the package.
*** LIST RMA VISIBLY ON THE EXTERIOR CARTON. DO NOT WRITE RMA NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX OF MERCHANDISE. Marking the original merchandise packing will render it unsellable and non –refundable.
Please Note:We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. SAMSUNGPARTS.COM is not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging or lost shipments. Remember to keep your Tracking Number.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES: The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned products; SAMSUNGPARTS.COM will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange product. If the return is a result of our error, we will reimburse the ground shipping cost. We recommend shipping via ground.
RETURN SHIPPING METHOD: SAMSUNGPARTS.COM strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit. We also recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Remember to keep your Tracking Number. Lost packages can not be exchanged or refunded.
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If your product arrived DAMAGED in transit, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. Please inform SAMSUNGPARTS.COM of the refusal. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for SAMSUNGPARTS.COM to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in; notify SAMSUNGPARTS.COM immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.
RETURNED PRODUCT CONDITIONS:

LIKE NEW CONDITION - All returned products must be returned 100% complete, including all of its components, all original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer..

INCOMPLETE, SCRATCHED or DAMAGED CONDITION - SAMSUNGPARTS.COM reserves the right to refuse crediting the customer's account and the product will be returned to the customer. The return freight will be billed to the customer's credit card.
3.
MEMORY - Only a sealed package can be returned for a refund. Opened items can be exchangeable with the SAME PRODUCT ONLY. Please verify you received correct item before opening.
4.
MANUALS & SOFTWARE - Owners manuals, Service manuals and Software may not be returned for a refund. Defective software can be exchanged for the SAME products only within 30 days from the shipping date.

CELL PHONE ACCESSORIES - Customers should check compatibility before place an order for accessories. SAMSUNGPARTS.COM reserves the right to refuse returns for customer's misplaced order. Hands-Free Car Kits that have been opened or have broken seals cannot be returned or exchanged. Professional installation is strongly recommended for the safety and performance of your Hands-Free Car Kit. Any damage to the Hands-Free Car Kit incurred during installation either by you or an authorized dealer will VOID the warranty. We are not liable for any installation or de-installation costs associated with the Hands-Free Car Kit.

TONER CARTRIDGES - Only unopened items (sealed in black vinyl package) can be returned for a refund, you can exchange it for the SAME PRODUCT ONLY. Please verify you received correct item before opening.
7.
ELECTRICAL OR ELECTRONIC PARTS - SAMSUNGPARTS.COM does not accept returns on electric or electronic parts that have been installed by soldering. Please check and test the part before installing it.
8.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Defective items will be exchanged for the SAME PART ONLY.
* Special ordered items include but not limited to: All Circuit Boards, DLP Light Engines, Imagining Units\\Drum, Display Panels/Screens, Touch-up paint, Wireless Lan Adaptors, Other Wireless Devices, and Oversized Items.
